Our Emergency Department is extremely busy

We treat people based on how serious their condition is. If your problem isn’t urgent, you may have to wait a long time. Please make sure you are using the right service for your needs:

  • Serious emergencies – Call 999 or come to the Emergency Department.
  • Unsure where to go? – Visit NHS 111 online or call 111 for advice.

Thank you for helping us ensure everyone gets the care they need.
